Hello!

We are Camptocamp, a Swiss service company founded in 2001 and one of the leading companies in Europe in the development and integration of Open Source Software.

We have great know-how in Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) with Odoo, IT Management Systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Our ERP is called Odoo. Since 2006, Camptocamp is the first official "Gold" Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which Camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

 

Your day as an Application Manager

As an integral part of the Business department, you will manage the life cycle of various Odoo projects. You will be assigned a portfolio of customers for which you will be responsible. 

  • You will ensure the proper functioning and evolution of various Odoo instances.
  • You will maintain a privileged relationship with your customers by understanding the ins and outs of their projects.
  • You are the link between your customers and Camptocamp's range of skills.
  • You handle requests in compliance with our SLAs.
  • You support and advise our customers during the change phases.
  • You will design, delegate, prioritize, coordinate and follow up tasks within our different teams.
  • You will participate in commercial actions.

You will achieve the delicate balance between customer satisfaction and profitability. To do this, you will be surrounded and supported by a strong and competent team with whom you will work closely to achieve your objectives.

Your profile

The essential skills for success in this role

  • You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or business informatics.
  • You have between 3 and 5 years experience in IT project management or coordination.
  • You are an excellent communicator and you are able to federate, lead and structure discussions.
  • You are organized, rigorous and you know how to prioritize.
  • You are committed to ensuring that each project provides significant added value for our clients while keeping in mind their budget.
  • You enjoy working in a multicultural team. You are a team player, you are empathetic and you care about the good of the team.
  • You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.
  • You are a native German speaker with good English skills.

 

The icing on the cake 

If you are comfortable with these points, that's a plus:

  • Experience in ERP or business management.
  • Accounting knowledge.
  • PMP/PMI, Scrum, CBAP certification.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • You are fluent in French.

Start date: immediately or date to be agreed.

Location: Zurich or Olten with the possibility to work from home a few days per week.

Work rate: We are flexible and you can choose between 80% and 100%.
