Introducing our new Web Application Firewall

In order to help anticipate potential vulnerabilities, our team has implemented a Web Application Firewall (WAF) to protect our clients’ Odoo systems and the e-commerce solution Shopinvader on our Odoo cloud platform. The new service has already been rolled out at no additional cost to our clients.

Standing in between our cloud platform load balancer and Odoo, the WAF will intercept all requests identified as malicious. When combined with our advanced rate limiting and IP access restriction technologies, it offers a flexible solution to protect our clients’ Odoo, webshop and business solutions running on our Cloud platform. What’s more, this extra layer of security will have no impact application performance.
