The Camptocamp team is gearing up for another great experience at the FOSSGIS conference. As one of the premier gatherings in the D-A-CH region for Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) in Geoinformation Systems, Open Data, and OpenStreetMap, this event is an enriching experience each year.

We’re looking forward to sharing about the work we’ve been doing in 5 presentations, and we’re eager to reconnect with friends and colleagues in the geospatial open source community.

Here's a sneak peek at the talks we'll be presenting (in German):

  • GeoMapFish: Neues aus dem vielseitigen Open-Source-WebGIS

  • Geografische PostgreSQL Erweiterungen: pgRouting und PostGIS

  • GeoNetwork-UI: Ein anwenderfreundliches Frontend für den Datenkatalog GeoNetwork

  • Ein Plugin mit direktem Zugang zu den Ressourcen aus dem QGIS Hub

  • Road Network Contraction mit PostGIS

Our presentations cover a wide range of topics, from innovative web GIS solutions to the latest advancements in geospatial data management and analysis. We're excited to share our knowledge and insights with the FOSSGIS community and contribute to the ongoing dialogue in the field.

The FOSSGIS 2024 conference, organized by the nonprofit FOSSGIS and the OpenStreetMap community in collaboration with the Institute of Transport Planning and Logistics at the Technical University of Hamburg and the Laboratory for Geoinformatics and Geovisualization at HafenCity University, will take place on the campus of TUHH in Hamburg-Harburg.

This annual conference serves as a platform for users and developers to exchange ideas, explore new developments, and discuss the future of FOSS in geoinformation systems. From web mapping to open data initiatives, the FOSSGIS conference covers a wide range of topics aimed at promoting the use of open source software and fostering collaboration within the community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this vibrant community and look forward to engaging with fellow enthusiasts at FOSSGIS 2024.
