Camptocamp present at the 127th national congress of firefighters

Canceled last year due to the health crisis, the 127th National Congress of Firefighters will take place this year from October 13 to 16 in Marseille. We will have the great pleasure of participating and meeting you at our stand.

Camptocamp has been working with its partners for two years now on the NexSIS 18-112 project, the future unified information and command system for fire and rescue services, on behalf of the Agence du Numérique de la Sécurité Civile.

Responsible for the implementation of the NexSIS GIS, the Camptocamp teams took up several challenges to develop a resilient and ergonomic cartographic solution. Emblematically, we have contributed to an essential improvement to the Open Source Geoserver solution by developing a high availability “cloud” version: Geoserver Cloud.

Other work has focused on using the open source pgRouting solution to optimize the route calculations needed to choose the fastest possible solution to rescue people in distress.

Another aspect of our mission in the NexSIS project is to support the Departmental Fire and Rescue Services (SDIS) in the migration of their alert and operations management system to the NexSIS 18-112 solution. In this context, we intervene locally in advice and assistance.
