Camptocamp will attend the first FOSS4G Belgium taking place in Ghent on October 29 and will give the two following presentations:
- geOrchestra, a free, modular and secure SDI, par Frédéric Jacon, Camptocamp: “geOrchestra is a free, modular and secure Spatial Data Infrastructure software born in 2009 to meet the requirements of the INSPIRE directive in Europe. Initially covering Brittany, then France, geOrchestra now spreads worldwide with SDIs in Bolivia, Nicaragua, Switzerland and India.”
- OL3-Cesium, 3D for OpenLayers, by Yves Bolognini, Camptocamp: “Visualize 3D data in OpenLayers applications, this is the objective of Cesium-OL3 project. The 3D globe Cesium works on any browser with WebGL, including mobile browsers and requires no plugin. Through the integration between OpenLayers 3 and Cesium, it is possible to share data, display them dynamically (clustering) and interact with 3D globe (polling). Cesium-OL3 is already used in several projects and its development is currently particularly active. The presentation will focus on cases of actual use from the viewing points of interest into the inclusion of 3D buildings on land.”
