Camptocamp officially recognized as Kubernetes Solutions Expert

Camptocamp becomes a Kubernetes Certified Service Provider — KCSP — and is thus officially recognized for its expertise on the Kubernetes Container Orchestrator.

From its inception Camptocamp has always been an early adopter of new technologies in the field of server infrastructure. After participating in the spread of Linux operating systems and Open Source Configuration Management solutions such as Puppet and Ansible, Camptocamp adopted as soon as 2015 emerging containerized solutions such as Docker, Rancher, or OpenShift, the latter both being are Kubernetes certified solutions. With this new partnership, Camptocamp consolidates and proves its value and intentions in contributing to the success of Kubernetes as a leading open source technology, enabling to respond to new technological challenges in IT. We look forward to continuing our commitment to collaboration with many other international partners.

The KCSP (Kubernetes Certified Service Provider) Program

The Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), which is part of the Linux Foundation, was founded in 2015 to promote container-based Open Source technologies. Kubernetes is the iconic project supported by this foundation. It is a container orchestrator initially developed by Google, and later handed over to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation.

Kubernetes Certified Service Provider

The KCSP program aims to officially recognize the expertise of companies such as Camptocamp for mastering the deployment, usage, and operational management of Kubernetes in the professional world. In order to become a KCSP partner, it is necessary to have at least 3 employees with a CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification, to have the ability to support other companies in their desire to adopt these technologies, as well as being a member of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF).
