Camptocamp SA was recognized as one of Switzerland’s best employers in the category “Small companies” (20 to 49 employees) on the occasion of the Great Place to Work Award Ceremony on May 4, 2017 in Zurich.
Numerous companies of all sizes and industries participated in the study. In the context of an anonymous staff survey, important workplace topics such as team spirit, career development opportunities, confidence culture, fairness, identification with the employer, compensation or work-life balance were assessed. In addition, the employees were also able to give feedback on HR topics and the management culture in the company.
A total of 29 companies were awarded this prestigious prize, Camptocamp was ranked on the excellent 6th position in the category “Small companies”. Managing directors Luc Maurer and Claude Philipona are very happy about this result. “This award is honoring our ongoing efforts to create a trustworthy, respectful and fair working environment for our employees and to provide workplaces and work schedule models customized to their individual needs.“, says Maurer.
Especially in the categories identification with the company, fairness and team-spirit, a result well above average was achieved during the survey. “We are very proud of the fact that our employees so strongly identify themselves with our company and our philosophy. This is reflected, among other things, by a very low staff turnover and a great team spirit.” adds Claude Philipona.
