MapFish Print Server supports TMS

With the revision 3349, MapFish prints now supports TMS layers (see OpenLayers for client side implementation).

No, I did the patch and Fred reviewed it. You know, I have nothing against Java
We still have a lot of ideas for the print. Would you make some devs ?
