Open Source software support includes the maintenance provided by an Open Source editor. Camptocamp insures quality services and makes the commitment to support users and developers.

Support services

Camptocamp's involvement in Open Source software support, maintenance and development is a pledge to our customers.  

Open Source support consists of complementary services packages which can be included in the service offer or which can be developed upon request. It includes:

  • Technical support;
  • Upgrade/Evolutive maintenance;
  • Corrective maintenance;
  • Evolutive and corrective maintenances of the application (Open Source components not included);
  • Any other support services, based on customers' specific needs.
