Specialized in Open source solutions since 2001, Camptocamp has always been strongly involved in the communities related to the software its supports, such as OpenERP.
Our contributions
Camptocamp has been a forerunner in the development of the Swiss localization.
We contributed to the functional extension of OpenERP, most particularly in:
- financial management
- multi-company management
- service oriented support
- Mac OS interface
- development of numerous modules (budget, planning, ldap link)
- security management (version 5.0)
Our participations and involvements in experts groups truly contributed to the functional improvements of OpenERP through different version upgrades.
Experts groups
The OpenERP community is organized around various experts groups in which Camptocamp is well recognized and involved. Our company has therefore a true impact on the current and the future developments of the solution.
Swiss OpenERP Alliance
Camptocamp is the founder and president of the Swiss OpenERP Alliance, which aims at defining quality standards and a homogeneous implementation methodology.
Camptocamp has therefore a real impact on the editor of the solution and in the community.
